Inside Sales Representative

Join our company of professionals and support staff in the role of Inside Sales Representative. This full-time position is based out of our Stoney Creek office, servicing our customers from BC to Ontario.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly & professionally to inquiries via phone, email, database, or Teams.
  • Prepare price quotations, proposals, and bids
  • Provide technical guidance & sales support with product specifications, options, and accessories.
  • Proactively follow up with sales team to move leads, quotes, and projects toward closure.
  • Maintain and organize customer reports.
  • Maintain & update CRM system to track sales prospects and prevent missed sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Service, Operations, and Logistics to support sales activities.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with manufactures and the sales team to promote engagement and drive sales.
  • Attending the occasional conference or trade show.

Qualifications:

  • College diploma or equivalent in related field, 2 years technical inside sales preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Teams.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts.
  • Solutions based thinking with a mind for creative problem solving.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple sales opportunities concurrently.
  • Proactive and customer-focused, anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly while adhering to company guidelines.
  • Patient and adaptable, able to work effectively with various personalities.
  • Willingness to learn and dedicated to delivering sales success.
  • Exposure to industrial air monitoring equipment is a strong asset.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
8:00am-4:30pm
4 days in office, 1 day from home
